What is your check in and check out time?
Check in: 1300hrs
Check out: 1000hrs
Can I have a late check out?
We cannot guarantee a late check out, however, you can book a day use in advance for 100$ from 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs
Is smoking allowed in the hotel? In the rooms?
Smoking is allowed in our courtyard lounge and rooftop restaurant. All our rooms are non smoking.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, there is WiFi throughout the hotel, it is free to our In house guests.
Do you provide airport transfers/ ferry transfers?
We can arrange airport and ferry transfers. We charge 20$ for airport transfers and 10$ for ferry transfers.
Do you organize tours and excursions?
We do not organize tours and excursions around Zanzibar but we are happy to assist, kindly send us an email for more details.
Do you have luggage storage facility?
Yes, we can store your luggage temporarily at no cost until your time of departure/ check in.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash in US dollars & Tanzanian Shillings, kindly note Tanzania no longer accepts US dollars series below 2003. Visa & MasterCard
Until what age do kids stay for free?
Kids under 2 years stay for free. An extra bed will be charged at 60$ per child per night for kids aged 2 to 16 years.
Do you have connecting rooms?
No we don’t, but we can provide rooms next to each other.
Do you have accessible rooms?
I am afraid we don’t.
How far is your hotel from the Airport/ Ferry?
We are located approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry by car.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations between 30 days & 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged
- Cancellations between 7 days & 48 hrs prior to arrival, 75% of the total cost will be charged
- Cancellations less than 48 hrs prior to arrival, the total cost will be charged
- No Shows will be charged at all cost
