What are standard check
out and check in time?
Photo identification is
required upon check-in.

How do we book a double
and a twin room when the
system only allows us to
book one room type?
You can only book one
room type per booking.
However we do have some twin
rooms; please call the hotel
directly or email us to
check availability on this
room type and to amend or
make your booking for a Twin.
Only by getting a direct
confirmation from the hotel
will your twin room be
guaranteed.
We have children and the
website is saying we need to
book two rooms.
The maximum number of people
in a room is two. However we
can accommodate infants with
baby cots sharing their
parents' room and extra beds
for children under 17 years
old. Please call the hotel
directly or email us in
order to check costs and the
availability to book a cot
or extra bed.
I'm sure I booked for two
adults but when I received
my confirmation it says only
one adult.
Do I need to get this
changed before I arrive?
Our rates are charged
per room rather than per
person, so this does not
affect the price you pay.
There is no problem if you
have not entered the correct
number of guests. We will
simply change this at
check-in. Please note the
maximum capacity is two
adults per room.
Do you have smoking
rooms?
Only non smoking rooms
are available
When do I receive my
e-mail confirmation?
Our e-mail confirmations
are computer generated and
can take up to 24 hours.
