10-minute drive away. Its a

Reservation &
Cancellation Policy
We accept any confirmed
cancellation of a
reservation. Such a
cancellation is effective on
the day it is received by us.
The client will be notified
of the acceptance of the
cancellation.
Generally, cancellation
charges are as follows:
Upon confirmation, all
payments must be received
prior to arrival of the
guests.
Cancellations between 30
days & 7 days prior to
arrival, 50% of the total
cost will be charged
Cancellations between 7
days & 48 hrs prior to
arrival, 75% of the total
cost will be charged
Cancellations less than 48
hrs prior to arrival, the
total cost will be charged
No Shows will be charged
at all cost
Important
In Zanzibar, different
resorts and hotels follow
different cancellation
policies and charges vary at
different periods of the
year. During Christmas and
New Year, the cancellation
charge is 100%, for
cancellations within 10 days
of arrival. Once again,
please make sure you are
aware of the cancellation
charge for your particular
reservation before you
confirm it with us. We
reserve the right to make
any appropriate charges to
our clients directly.
Extension of Stay /
Amendments or Cancel
In case you would like
to extend your stay, you
must contact us immediately
to extend. Please note that
any Extension(s) you made
without our confirmation
direct with the Hotel are
not covered by us.

Weather & Climate
The climate of Zanzibar is
tropical.
Minimum 23˚C to 26˚C and
maximum 31˚C to 34˚C.
Humidity is between 60 -
100%.
The raining season occurs in
April and May and it
typically doesn't rain every
day during that time. Short
rains can occur in November
but are characterized by
short showers which do not
last long. Zanzibar is warm
all year round, but
officially, summer and
winter peak are in December
and June respectively.
Zanzibar is blessed with an
average of 7-8 hours of
sunshine daily. |
